Joyce Lilly, Owner

Joyce Lilly was born and raised in the bluegrass of Kentucky. This lead her to a deep love of wildlife, nature and, of course, horses. It was also her love of music and art that lead her into the art business in 1976. There everything came together, combining all the things she loved into a single profession.

Joyce now lives on a 30 acre farm in Georgia. It is here that she breeds and raises her race horses that she runs at the race track. Her current standing stallion is from the Buck Passer line. The total number of horses on the farm changes as she sends horses to the track and brings others back. This has also been the ideal place for her to observe the animals she loves, as Canada Geese nest and raise their babies on the lake and deer and turkey feed in the fields. Mergansers and other diving ducks stop off to visit on their trips north and south each year. A Great Blue Heron has decided this is home to him and can be seen just about every day fishing in the lake.

Aside from her business and the horses and watching the animals, Joyce is active in other areas as well. She was commissioned a Kentucky Colonel in 1987. She has also been a member of The National Association of Female Executives and is currently a member of the International Executive Guild. She is a Benefactor of The Easton Waterfowl Festival, a Patron Member of Southeastern Wildlife Exposition, a member of the Greene County Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association, a member of The Thoroughbred Ring, a member of the Horse Industry Committee of Georgia, a member of the National Rifle Association and currently the coach of the Greene County 4-H Horse Judging Team. She is also the 2002 President of The Greensboro Arts Alliance.
